Saturday Things

So we’re off to a poetry thing today at Barnes and Noble. This is the first public performance Ian’s had in awhile, so I’m looking forward to hearing him read. He’s on for an hour.

It is supposed to be 86F here today. Hard to believe, I think, but so far, it’s sunny and warming up. God knows it’s April in Nebraska, right?

The government in the US is still operating today. That’s good news for many people who are depending on income/doing their jobs.

Back to work on Monday. This is a good thing, right? I have mixed feelings. It’s good to be without too much stress, but it’s also good to be productive.
