Aren’t tornados fun?
Running away is generally frowned upon mid-tornado. A visit to the basement until it all goes away is really all we do.
It’s a little unsettling at 2:30 am, though. 🙂

The house that lost the garage on 134th street was only a mile or so from the old homestead on Skypark Dr.
. . . just another day in Nebraska, eh?
Yeah it is… There is at least one big tree here uprooted.. a nice, sturdy pinetree.
It’s been crazy weather here lately… a lot more activity than usual.

When I was a kid living in Kansas, we once had to hide in the basement during a tornado. I was too young to appreciate the danger. It was just an adventure.
I’m glad that everything turned out okay for you.
