I was watching a show called “100 Most Outrageous Moments”. This newscaster at the BBC was leading into a weather report. Elisabeth, the weather reporter was standing by. The newscaster said, “It’s warm and wet in London. Let’s check in with Elisabeth.. Are you warm and wet?”
Ok, then.
Elisabeth was too stunned to speak. She just laughed instead.

She was brunette, if I remember correctly, and the video behind her was of pouring rain.
