TLK is sick today. I think it’s something minor, like sinus drainage, but given the fact she vomited a few times (sorry), I though staying home would be a good idea. She said she felt better after getting sick, so I guess that’s good.
I’ve been up since 4, and so being tired at 11:20 am is ok, right?
I’ve been carefully avoiding visiting The Frustrating Place (the visa website) so as to avoid frustration. It’s working. Somewhat. We’ve been stuck at the National Visa Center for 3 weeks, when most people are only there for a day or two. They must enjoy my daily phone calls and emails. 🙂 We’re sure they won’t be too much longer, though.
I’m glad to at least have a day off work. Sometimes it seems like 5 days in a row is a bit too much. I would have managed, of course. It comes along with a paycheck.
Not too much news otherwise.
