Oh Dear. I suspect TLK is going to have to look towards Granddad for math homework advice. I always think “what do they mean by this question?” and then spend ages musing over it. Poor TLK. I’m so glad I’m not at school any more. If it’s any help I can probably do wonders on any English or History homework!

Units = 1. You could redefine the unit = 3, and say the answer is 1, but I doubt if the math teacher would find the humor in that.

Volume of any rectangular solid
V = width x length x height
or, V = 3 x 3 x 3 = 27.
